CapCut Video Editor (English & French Speaker)

Social Media & Marketing
  • Location: Full Remote

At Quotologies, we’re creating impactful educational and motivational content that reaches a global audience every day. We're looking for a creative and detail-driven CapCut Editor who can help us produce powerful video content that aligns with our mission and aesthetic. If you're fluent in English and French (Spanish is a plus), have strong visual taste, and want to be part of a long-term project that makes a difference — this is for you.

Job Description:

As a CapCut Video Editor at Quotologies, you’ll be at the heart of our content creation process — crafting reels and short-form videos that connect emotionally and visually. You’ll help produce content for our LMS platform and for millions of viewers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This is not just a freelance task — we’re building a team of creators who grow with us and shape the future of visual learning.

No experience? No problem. As long as you are fluent in English and French (Spanish is a plus), we’ll teach you everything you need to know. You’ll learn how to follow our editing structure, how to match our storytelling rhythm, and how to deliver visuals that resonate. We care more about your commitment and language fluency than your editing background.

You'll be editing in multiple languages, following brand formats, and adding your own creative twist when needed. We’re looking for someone who understands pacing, storytelling, and how to make every second count.

Key Responsabilities:

Video Creation: Edit videos with CapCut (mobile or desktop) for our LMS, social media, and marketing needs.

Multilingual Editing: Handle edits in English and French fluently — Spanish is a bonus.

Visual Consistency: Ensure each video follows our aesthetic guidelines while maintaining clarity and engagement.

Creative Input: Work with the founder and creative team to brainstorm and experiment with formats, cuts, captions, and audio.

Platform Adaptation: Export and format videos correctly for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Speed & Quality: Deliver quick turnarounds while keeping a polished look and coherent message.

Skills & Tools:

CapCut (Desktop & Mobile): Fluent in using CapCut to produce smooth, cinematic, or fast-paced edits depending on the theme — or willing to learn quickly.

Language: Fluent in English and French (written and spoken). Spanish is a strong plus.

Subtitles & Captions: Able to add subtitles in a visually compelling way across multiple languages.

Storytelling: Understands how to keep viewers engaged visually and emotionally across 30–60 seconds.

Branding: Can follow visual guidelines and bring consistency across content.

Communication: Responsive, open to feedback, and proactive in proposing new ideas.

You’ll be great for this position if:

• You love editing reels and content that resonates deeply with audiences.

• You're fluent in at least English and French — and excited to work with multilingual media.

• You’re creative but structured — you know when to follow rules and when to break them for effect.

• You want to be part of a long-term project, not just a quick job.

• You’re self-motivated and thrive in remote-first environments.

Why You Should Join Quotologies:

Mission-Driven Work: Your edits will be seen by hundreds of thousands — and they’ll make people think, learn, and grow.

Creative Ownership: We’ll give you room to explore your own style within a strong brand identity.

Remote & Flexible: Work from anywhere — we’re async and care about output, not hours.

Long-Term Collaboration: We're not hiring freelancers — we're building a crew.

Fast-Growing Brand: Join a brand with nearly 1M followers and a new LMS platform on the rise.

If you’re ready to edit stories that matter and be part of a team that’s shaping the next era of learning and self-development — apply now and let’s build together.
